Job summary
A manufacturing company in Singapore is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive sales growth and develop strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in the manufacturing sector, particularly in wire harness or E box. Strong communication, people skills, and adaptability are essential for success in this role.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in the manufacturing sector, preferably in wire harness or E box.
- Pioneering attitude that is nimble and adaptive.
- Dynamic and self-motivated individual.
Responsibilities
- Builds market position by developing business relationships.
- Drives strong sales growth to achieve targets.
- Researches market trends and client insights.
Skills
- Builds market position in the region by locating and developing close business relationships
- Locate or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners
- Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients
- Excellent in networking with Stakeholders
- Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
- Research and stay current with market trends, client insights and competition movements
- Responsible for driving strong sales growth to achieve sales and profit targets
- Work with stakeholders, departments to identify and manage business risks as well as external parties such as partners, suppliers, clients
- Provide sales & product information and details to end-users
- Any other duties assigned from time to time
