Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a Business Development/Sales Executive to explore opportunities in the HORECA sector. Responsibilities include organising sales visits, developing client relationships, and preparing reports. The ideal candidate has a diploma in marketing and experience in sales within related industries. Remuneration is between $3500 - $4500 monthly, depending on experience.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-4 years working experience as Business Development/Sales Executive.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
  • Good understanding of the food and beverage industry is advantageous.

Working location: Near Bugis/Town area

Responsibilities
  • Research, explore and recommend new opportunities for the HORECA sector.
  • Organise and plan sales visits, with/without appointments.
  • Establish contact and develop relationships with prospects.
  • Present service and product offerings, tailored to customized solutions, to prospects.
  • Prepare reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information
  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
  • Work closely with management team to ensure all operational, administrative, and compliance functions within the company are being properly executed in accordance to regulatory-based best practices.
  • Work with the Operations & Marketing department to ensure sales targets are met
  • Plan quarterly objectives and key results
  • Implementation of projects that will assist in the company’s sales
  • Establish a professional relationship with clients, internal staff and external vendors
  • Stay up to date on industry regulations and trends
  • Any ad hoc duties as required
Requirements
  • Diploma in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration
  • Minimum 2-4 years working experience as Business Development/Sales Executive, preferably in food service, FMCG, or related industries.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Word and Excel to conduct analysis and generate reports
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and customer relationship management
  • Good understanding of the food and beverage industry will be advantageous
  • Possess own vehicle
Remuneration
  • Basic Salary $3500 - $4500 (depending on experience) + Commission
  • Working Hours: 5 days work week
