As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving the company's business growth, developing new clients, expanding cooperation opportunities, and establishing long‑term partnerships with various food and beverage suppliers and partners. You will work closely with the team to promote the company's leading position in the market through innovative and efficient strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage potential clients and partners to expand the food and beverage business.
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve company performance targets.
  • Identify industry trends, analyze market opportunities, and develop corresponding business plans.
  • Negotiate with food and beverage suppliers, restaurant chains, restaurants, and other potential partners to establish partnerships.
  • Trade the effectiveness of partnerships, optimize strategies in a timely manner, and ensure sustainable growth.
  • Coordinate with the internal team to ensure the smooth execution of business development plans.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or above, with a major in food and beverage management, marketing, or related fields preferred(People with sufficient experience can lower the educational requirements.)
  • At least 3 years of BD experience in the food and beverage industry or related fields. Possesses existing industry resources and connections.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Strong teamwork spirit and execution ability; able to work under pressure.
  • Strong goal orientation; able to work independently and drive business growth.
  • Familiar with trends and development directions in the catering industry; possesses a certain degree of market sensitivity.
  • Candidates need to understand the categories of Sichuan cuisine and the characteristics of various regional cuisines.
