As we expand our offline presence, we are seeking a dynamic and driven Offline Business Development Executive to spearhead our efforts in building partnerships with independent sales representatives, resellers and distributors etc.

Job Responsibilities
  • Business Development & Partnership Expansion
    • Identify, evaluate, and onboard offline partners, including but not limited to independent sales representatives, resellers and distributors, to expand Hinomi’s offline market presence globally.
    • Develop and execute strategic plans to establish partnerships with key offline resellers, distributors or partners from other industries like back health clinics.
    • Build strong relationships with potential and existing partners to drive sales and brand visibility.
    • Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing structures, and contractual terms with partners.
  • Market Research & Strategy Development
    • Conduct in-depth market research to identify opportunities, industry trends, and competitive landscapes in target regions.
    • Develop localized go-to-market strategies for different regions, ensuring alignment with Hinomi’s global brand and sales objectives.
    • Analyze sales performance of offline channels and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Trade Shows & On-Site Engagement
    • Represent Hinomi at major trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
    • Organize and participate in business meetings, site visits, and product demonstrations to engage potential partners.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility at offline events and develop promotional strategies for offline sales channels.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure seamless coordination between online and offline sales efforts.
    • Provide feedback to product development teams based on insights gathered from offline partners and customer interactions.
Job Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or partnership management, preferably in the furniture, ergonomic, or consumer goods industry.
