Job summary

A leading beverage company in Singapore is seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to expand market presence and build business partnerships. Responsibilities include developing B2B relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction. Job description
Role Mission:

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This role involves expanding market presence, building strong business partnerships relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and brand experience.

Key Activities:
  1. Develop and expand B2B relationships with new and existing distributors, brand owners and customers.
  2. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across on‑trade and off‑trade channels and support company’s strategic expansion plans.
  3. Work closely with distributors, brand owners, customers and internal teams to support trade shows, campaigns, networking events, product launches, and tasting events.
  4. Ensure client satisfaction and resolve issues related to product delivery, quality, or service.
  5. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, sales data and customer feedback to support business planning and strategy development.
  6. Plan and manage budgets and resources effectively.
  7. Prepare business proposals, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  8. Undertake any other ad‑hoc responsibilities and duties assigned by the management.
Job Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
  • WSET or equivalent certification in wine /spirits (preferred).
  • Min 2 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the beer, wine, spirits, or F&B or FMCG sectors.
  • Organised, meticulous and resourceful.
  • Passionate and knowledge of wine and alcoholic beverage and strong drive for business growth and innovation.
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written), presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in premium brand distribution or channel development is an advantage.
  • Willing to travel and work closely with cross‑functional teams.
  • Ability to handle ad hoc tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
  • Candidates with more experience may be considered for a Senior Business Development Executive role.

Our current office is located in Yishun area. Candidate should be willing to relocate to Woodlands area around the end of the 2025.
