• Mentor and lead a team of BD professionals, fostering innovation and best practices.
• Work closely with operations, sustainability, supply chain, and technology teams for seamless bid management.
• Represent the organisation at industry events and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

• 10+ years in business development within the facilities management industry.
• Proven track record in leading large, complex IFM tenders government tender experience is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of technology and sustainability solutions in IFM.
• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
