A leading electronics manufacturing firm based in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to manage customer accounts, support sales activities, and coordinate with the factory. The ideal candidate should possess a diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, or Engineering and preferably have B2B sales experience in manufacturing. This role involves some regional travel and requires strong interpersonal skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office and Salesforce.

Job Description
  • Industry/ Organization Type: Electronics Manufacturing
  • Position Title: Assistant Sales Manager
  • Working Location: Bendemeer
  • Working Hours: 5 days (Mon - Fri, 8.00am - 5.00pm)
  • Salary Package: Basic salary up to $5,000 + AWS + Performance Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage assigned customer accounts, including customer relationships, forecasting to the factory, inventory management, and meeting monthly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with the factory and Japan headquarters on shipment schedules, sample requests, and R&D activities.
  • Support sales activities with existing and new customers to create new business opportunities.
  • Assist the Finance Department with accounts receivable collection from customers.
  • Be willing to travel in the region to support customers or follow up on sales leads.
  • Help the Sales Manager with preparing sales reports.
  • Be open to traveling overseas, especially to India and Indonesia, to explore new business opportunities.

  • Familiar with trading terms and conditions, and comfortable using Microsoft Office and Google productivity tools.

  • Experience with Salesforce or SAP is an advantage.
  • Experience in the electronics manufacturing industry is a plus.
