A leading construction company in Singapore is looking for a seasoned construction manager to oversee the planning and execution of construction projects. Roles and Responsibilities:
Plan, schedule, and coordinate construction activities to meet project milestones.
Plan and handle all accounts related work
Oversee day-to-day operations on the construction site, ensuring safety and quality compliance.
Manage site personnel including engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with building codes, regulations, and company standards.
Prepare progress reports, budgets, cost estimates, and resource plans.
Liaise with clients, consultants, regulatory authorities, and internal departments.
Conduct regular site inspections and ensure adherence to safety protocols and risk assessments.
