Job description

Key responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day support to Trading Representatives (TR) in client servicing.
• Facilitate client onboarding, including account opening and documentation handling.
• Monitor client transactions to ensure alignment with credit control and internal policies.
• Attend to client queries and review and resolve any issues.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders across all departments to support client’s needs efficiently.
• Manage administrative tasks and assist in any other assignments to support the front office.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Banking & Finance or related
• Proficient in English and Mandarin (written and spoken) to support client servicing and cross-team collaboration.
• Independent individual with high integrity.
• Responsible and a strong team player, able to multi-task and deliver results under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly meticulous, with excellent communication and coordination skills.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience preferred but not a requirement.
