Job summary

A consulting firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced administrative professional to handle car registration processes and manage accounts payable. This role requires a minimum NITEC or equivalent in Accounting or Business Administration along with at least 2 years of experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential. The successful candidate will be responsible for verifying invoices, preparing financial documents, and coordinating with vendors. Qualifications

  • Preferably minimum NITEC / Certificate in Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).

Responsibilities

  • Handle car registration processes, including checking payment, documentation, and approval via LTA Link.
  • Prepare and update registration folders to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate number plate orders and IU commissioning with external vendors.
  • Process refund cheques and maintain proper record documentation.
  • Generate and post invoices, debit notes, credit notes, receipts, and payments.
  • Verify supplier invoices and ensure correct pricing before processing.
  • Prepare monthly journal entries and support month-end closing reports.
  • Handle letter of credit applications and perform other ad-hoc accounting tasks.
