Job summary
A logistics company in Singapore is looking for a dedicated Sales Personal to source and secure new customers. The successful candidate will build strong customer relationships, manage B2B accounts, and work independently. Experience in the logistics or freight forwarding industry is preferred, but candidates without experience are also encouraged to apply. This role offers on-the-job training to develop necessary skills and ensure sales objectives are achieved.
Qualifications
- Experience in Logistics & Supply Chain preferred but not essential.
- No experience are welcome to apply.
- Strong proactive self-motivated attitude.
Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and retain new business relationships.
- Provide support and guidance to customers.
- Manage B2B sales accounts effectively.
Skills
We are looking for dedicated Sales Personal to source and secure new potential customers. You will represent our company in a professional and cost-effective manner to increase our customer database and secure new accounts.
- Identifies, develops, and retains new business relationship
- Maintains relationship with customers by providing support, information and guidance
- Canvass and secure new accounts (HUNTER ROLE)
- Responsible for B2B sales account management and customer satisfaction
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs
- Maintain strong business relationships with customers for customer retention.
- Assist customers to resolve issues faced when shipping through our services in a timely manner so as to prevent cumulative cost (if any) and damages.
- Update important feedback and rectify problems from customers
- Experience in Logistics & Supply Chain (Freight Forwarding industry) is preferred but NOT A MUST (On Job Training Provicded)

- Able to work independently with pro-active self motivated attitude
