The Account Manager plays a critical role in maintaining client satisfaction while supporting smooth internal workflows in a fast-paced, project-based environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Client & Stakeholder Management
    • Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building strong and trusted working relationships.
    • Understand client objectives, communications needs, and organisational context, and translate these into clear and actionable briefs for internal teams.
    • Manage client expectations through regular updates, clear timelines, and proactive issue resolution.
    • Coordinate meetings, presentations, and status updates with clients and stakeholders.
  2. Project & Campaign Management
    • Oversee end-to-end project management across campaigns, videos, and creative deliverables.
    • Work closely with creative, production, and social teams to ensure deliverables meet client requirements and quality standards.
    • Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time completion.
    • Identify risks early and work with internal teams to mitigate delays or scope creep.
  3. Budget & Administrative Oversight
    • Support the preparation of project costings, quotations, and variations in consultation with management.
    • Monitor project budgets and flag any potential overruns early.
    • Coordinate invoicing, purchase orders, and administrative documentation where required.
    • Ensure compliance with internal processes and, where applicable, government or client procurement requirements.
  4. Internal Coordination
    • Serve as the bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring clarity of scope, objectives, and deliverables.
    • Facilitate internal kick-offs, production meetings, and post-project reviews.
    • Work collaboratively with other account managers and team leads to balance workloads and resources.
  5. Quality & Relationship Management
    • Ensure that all work delivered aligns with agreed briefs, brand guidelines, and communication objectives.
    • Gather client feedback and work with teams to refine and improve outputs.
    • Contribute to long-term client retention by delivering consistent, reliable, and thoughtful account management.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Diploma or Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Media, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or project management (experience in a creative, media, or communications agency is an advantage).
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable working with creatives, producers, and multiple stakeholders.
  • Detail‑oriented, proactive, and solution‑focused.
  • Familiarity with government, public‑sector, or corporate clients is a plus.
