I am currently working with a fast growing trading platform (Crypto & Fiat) and they are looking for a Chief Revenue Officer. Here are some R&Rs for the role:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue strategy across all business lines, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.
• Build, lead, and scale high-performing sales, partnerships, and business development teams.
• Identify and secure strategic partnerships with institutional clients, brokers, and market makers to expand market reach.
• Drive market expansion into new geographies and customer segments using data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations to align revenue goals with product innovation and customer experience.
• Establish KPIs, monitor performance, and implement processes for continuous improvement in revenue generation.
• Represent revenue strategy in executive leadership discussions and investor communications.
