Summary:

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to support our growth plans through new customer acquisition and revenue growth in new and existing markets. You will acquire F&B customers for off‑site centralised dishwashing.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Hunt and prospect new customers in Singapore.
  • Analysee market trends, competitors, and identify new growth areas, products, or services.
  • Develop and execute business plans and strategies to capitalise on opportunities.
  • Generate leads, cold call prospects, and find new contacts within target organisations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Leverage negotiation skills to close deals, secure partnerships, and drive revenue.
  • Work with sales and operations team to align goals and ensure smooth service execution.
  • Monitor sales progress, track KPIs, and provide forecasts.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years in corporate business development.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and persuade effectively at all levels of the organisation.
  • Strong proven track records in developing new markets.
