We are seeking a warm, confident, and enthusiastic Sales Consultant who enjoys delivering Japanese Omotenashi–style service — thoughtful, sincere, and customer-first. You will welcome wedding couples into our store, guide them through their ring-selection journey, and help create joyful and meaningful memories during one of the most important milestones of their lives.

Store Operations / Job Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, thoughtful, and professional service in line with Japanese Omotenashi standards
• Assist wedding couples in selecting engagement rings and wedding bands, even at early stages of wedding planning
• Participate in roleplay and training sessions to continuously enhance sales and service skills during non-busy hours
• Manage daily store operations, including stock control and maintaining a welcoming store environment
• Prepare for and participate in wedding expos, roadshows, and brand events
• Support brand promotion and maintain positive relationships with corporate partners
• Follow established sales strategies to achieve individual and team objectives

Requirements

• No prior experience required; fresh graduates are welcome

• Strong service mindset with a warm, caring, and customer-focused personality
• Enjoys teamwork and maintains a positive attitude with a professional smile
• English and Chinese languages are an advantage
