Our goal is to help people discover, engage, and connect with Southeast Asia's best businesses.

Get to Know the Role

As the Regional Head of Enterprise Sales, you will lead a team of over 101 sales (18 direct and 83 indirectly) and operations professionals across main markets: Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam. We are looking for a Sales Leader with a track record in multiple departments. Reporting to the Regional MD & Head of GrabAds and Enterprise, you will span three different commercial units, requiring a leader who can identify go-to-market opportunities and growth across multiple sectors.

This role will be based in Singapore and on-site at the Grab OneNorth office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

You will:

  • Set sales targets in collaboration with Commercial In-Market Leadership and lead monetization across GrabAds & Grab For Business, with a focus on our non-endemic clients and key Grab verticals such as Travel & Hospitality.
  • Responsible for accurate forecasting & reporting for all markets and knowing how to “step-in” effectively when a specific market or segment is underperforming and needs to get back to target.
  • Ability to lead from the front & from the back while establishing sales rigour through processes and best practices.
  • Define strategic approaches and oversee main programmes for partners across the region through best practices, workshops, and insights/measurement.
  • Direct training programmes for all commercial enterprise activities across Grab's three lines of business.
  • Manage go-to-market activities for leading merchants, brands, and agencies. Define market narratives and scalable commercial opportunities.
  • Provide input for GrabAds and GrabForBusiness product development and collaborate with product marketing teams to enhance offerings based on market feedback.
  • Oversee commercial and revenue responsibilities for GrabForBusiness, focusing on ride-hailing, food, and delivery services.
  • Collaborate with Business Owners in areas like Deliveries, Mobility, Payments, Marketing, and Business Development (eg. Geo/Maps) to identify new client opportunities and solutions.
  • Develop media-buying relationships with agencies and brands.
  • Establish & lead regional pitches, RFPs, and joint-business plans (JBPs) with key enterprise partners.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, forecasting, and main sales reports to maintain business KPIs while running an effective weekly sales meeting with key stakeholders.
  • Develop sales talent, providing regular feedback and growth opportunities.
  • Oversee measurement and insight initiatives to demonstrate the return on investment (ROI) and advocacy of our ad products.
  • Guide the adoption and reach of GrabForBusiness across the region.
  • Conduct regular meetings with sales teams to review performance, goals, and strategies.
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to exceed revenue targets.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to agree on campaign strategies and market positioning.
  • Provide market insights and feedback to the product development team to inform feature enhancements.
  • Engage with main clients and partners to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
