About the role

We are seeking a talented and driven Sales Manager to join our team at Yealink in the Singapore. Responsible for the Southeast Asian markets excluding Singapore (or for India market). As a full-time sales professional, you will play a crucial role in driving new business development and expanding our customer base across the region. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the strategic growth of our dynamic and innovative company.

What you'll be doing
  • Proactively identify and cultivate new channel resources within your assigned territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective channel clients
  • Understand and effectively communicate the unique features and benefits of Yealink's products and service
  • Improve the channel penetration system: Plan the overall channel strategy and operation mode, provide channel service support, effectively break down sales targets, and complete sales plans.
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 3-5 years of successful channel and projects business development experience, preferably within the telecommunications industry
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and persuade stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on delivering results
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
