Job summary
A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking a Senior Accounts Executive to manage account preparations and financial reporting. The candidate should hold a Diploma in Accountancy and have at least 2 years of experience in handling full set of accounts. Responsibilities include month-end closing of accounts and liaising with auditors. Competitive salary ranges from $4,500 to $7,000.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of working experience in handling full set of accounts.
- Familiarity with audit schedules, GST, and statutory reporting.
Responsibilities
- Prepare month end closing of accounts and audit schedules.
- Liaise with bankers and auditors for financial tasks.
- Perform day to day financial accounting functions.

Working days: 5.5 days
Location: Tuas
Salary: $4,500 to $7,000
- Candidate must at least possess a Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent qualifications recognised by
ISCA. - At least 2 years if working experience in handling full set of accounts.
- Prepare month end closing of accounts, audit schedules, inter-company reconciliations, GST, statutory and management ---reporting, project budget & cost monitoring.
- Liaise with bankers, internal and external auditors, tax agents and corporate secretarial company.
- Liaise and interact with internal/other departments, overseas affiliates.
- Perform day to day financial accounting functions.
- Perform ad-hoc duties and any administrative tasks as required
