We are seeking a proactive and results‑driven Business Development Manager to drive growth, build strategic partnerships, and expand our market presence in Singapore and the region. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and supporting the company’s commercial strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, develop, and execute new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
  • Prepare business proposals, pitch decks, and commercial presentations
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and partnership terms
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, compliance, product, marketing) to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery
  • Track sales performance, pipeline, and revenue targets
  • Represent the company at meetings, networking events, and industry functions
Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
