Job summary

We specialize in the design, installation, and servicing of cutting‑edge fire suppression systems and products.

Position Overview

The Sales Executive (Projects & Product Sales) is responsible for developing new business opportunities, securing project installations, and managing product sales for fire protection systems. This includes tender participation, technical proposal preparation, and close coordination with the Operations and Design teams. The role focuses on driving growth through project‑based revenue and expanding the company’s market reach.

Key Responsibilities
1. Project & Product Sales
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new installation projects and product sales opportunities.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions for fire suppression and detection systems.
  • Work with technical/design teams to review specifications and ensure proposal compliance.
  • Attend site meetings, pre‑tender briefings, and client discussions as required.
  • Follow up on project quotations and negotiate terms and pricing with clients.
  • Coordinate with Operations for project scheduling, execution, and client handover.
  • Track project progress, invoicing, and ensure timely closing of sales orders.
2. Client & Account Development
  • Build strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and direct clients.
  • Promote company products and capabilities to new and existing clients.
  • Support clients with technical clarifications and product recommendations.
  • Ensure smooth transition of completed projects to the Servicing Sales Team for post‑installation support.
3. Coordination & Reporting
  • Liaise with the Sales Coordinator for quotation issuance, sales order creation, and documentation in ERP.
  • Maintain project pipeline records and update management on quotation outcomes.
  • Provide accurate monthly forecasts and sales performance updates.
Required Qualifications
  • Diploma or higher in Business, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • At least 2–3 years of project or technical sales experience in the fire protection, M&E, or construction industry.
  • Familiar with tendering procedures, project documentation, and fire protection system components.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD (advantageous), and ERP systems.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Possess a valid Class 3 driving license preferred.
