Job summary

A dynamic marketing firm in Singapore is seeking an enthusiastic Accounts Executive to enhance their business development efforts and manage client accounts effectively. This role requires a strong sales orientation and at least 2 years of experience in events or related fields. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint, is essential. The total salary package ranges from SGD $2,600 to SGD $3,500 depending on experience and qualifications.

  • Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in events.
  • Those with less experience but with the right qualities will be considered.
  • Strong organizational skills, especially in projects/events management.

Responsibilities

  • Take the lead in day-to-day management of service projects.
  • Research to find new customers and identify decision makers.
  • Do cold calling to B2B customers and clients.
  • Sell products and services to new and existing customers.
  • Manage corporate accounts and coordinate various services.
  • Ensure flawless execution of clients’ projects.

Job description

Right-Space Pte Ltd is looking for an enthusiastic Accounts Executive with a positive “can-do” attitude to join us and be part of our dynamic team.

Reporting to the Business Development Manager, you will take the lead in the day-to-day management of full service studies, large component service project working with MNC clients with global project implementation.

Main Job Purpose:
  • Business Development (40%)
  • Researching organisation to find new customers and identify who makes the decisions
  • Willing to do cold calling to B2B customers and clients
  • Selling products and services to new and existing customers
  • Writing of reports and making presentations to customers
  • Participating in creative development process
  • Identifying new methods and opportunities for sales campaigns
  • Closing deals on new business
  • Client Servicing Account Management (60%)
  • Manage corporate accounts and coordinate various services
  • Briefs artwork and production to studio and to organise artwork circulation to client and internally
  • Manages day to day operational aspects of a project and scope
  • Ensure projects are executed in a given timeframe
  • Ensure quality of work and be the gate keeper of the projects
  • Assure flawless execution of clients’ projects, prioritize resources and keep team members informed of progress and changes
Requirements:
  • Diploma / Degree in Business or relevant sales/ marketing or other related fields preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in events. Those with less experience but with right qualities will be considered.

Salary package and other details:
  • Total salary package = Base salary* + Allowance(s)
  • Base salary* : SGD $2,600 - SGD $3,500 (depending on job experience & qualifications)
  • Working day : 6 Days work week
