AMAALA is situated along Saudi Arabia’s northwest coast and is home to some of the most diverse natural environments. The pristine terrain includes trails perfect for canyoning and exploring the rugged cliffs and valleys.

As a Spa Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day spa operations, supporting the team in delivering exceptional treatments and guest experiences. You will ensure service consistency, operational efficiency, and a welcoming spa environment.

• Supervise daily spa operations, ensuring high service and cleanliness standards.
• Assist with scheduling, training, and guiding spa therapists and attendants.
• Support inventory management and product ordering.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety and wellness protocols.

• Experience in spa operations, with previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of spa treatments, products, and wellness services.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
