Al-Khaleej is seeking a proactive NOC Team Lead to supervise network operations and ensure seamless service delivery. This role is critical for maintaining operational efficiency, managing incidents, and driving team performance in a fast-paced telecom environment.
As a NOC Team Lead, you will oversee daily activities within the Network Operations Center, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and adherence to SLAs. You will prepare escalation reports, liaise with client representatives, and guide your team to deliver exceptional technical support. This position offers an opportunity to lead a skilled team and contribute to the reliability of mission-critical networks.
- ✓ Supervise daily NOC operations and monitor team performance
- ✓ Prepare incident and escalation reports for management and clients

- ✓ Ensure compliance with operational standards and SLAs
- ✓ Drive continuous improvement and team development initiatives
- ✓ Bachelor’s degree in Networks, Telecommunications, or related field
- ✓ 3–4 years of experience in technical support or operations leadership
- ✓ Familiarity with ITSM platforms (preferably ServiceNow)
- ✓ Knowledge of network monitoring tools (SolarWinds or equivalent)
- ✓ Strong communication, reporting, and organizational skills
