2. Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day hospital operations, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery across all departments. Implement best practices in healthcare management to optimize patient care, safety, and satisfaction.
3. Financial Stewardship: Manage the hospital's financial performance, including budgeting, revenue cycle management, cost control, and financial reporting. Ensure the financial sustainability and profitability of the hospital.
4. Clinical Excellence: Collaborate with medical staff to ensure the highest standards of clinical care are maintained. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in patient care.

6. Stakeholder Management: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including the Board of Directors, government authorities, healthcare providers, and the community. Represent the hospital in public and professional forums.
7. Talent Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing executive team. Cultivate a positive organizational culture that attracts, retains, and motivates top talent.
8. Growth and Expansion: Identify and pursue opportunities for hospital expansion, service line development, and partnerships that align with the hospital's strategic objectives.

Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 15 years of experience in healthcare management, with at least 5 years in a senior executive role, preferably as a CEO or COO in a hospital setting. Proven track record of successfully managing hospital operations, financial performance, and clinical quality. Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry in Saudi Arabia, including regulatory requirements and market dynamics. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to drive organizational change and innovation. Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable.
