Job summary
A dental software solutions provider in Jeddah is looking for a Dental Application Trainer to provide comprehensive training on various software systems used in dental practice. Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Dental Technology, relevant experience, and be willing to travel to client sites for training sessions. Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft applications are essential for success in this role.
Qualifications
- Recent dental field graduate with up to 2 years of experience.
- Experience preferably within a clinical or dental setting.

- Support configurations, testing, and end user guidance.
Skills
Education
As a Dental Application Trainer, your role will revolve around training clients end users on specialized dental software, such as Dental Practice Management Systems (DPMS), Dental Imaging Software, and to develop and deliver training materials as well as overall support in configurations, testing and guiding end users.
Bachelor degree in Dental technology or relevant dental field,and recent dental field graduate with up to 2 years of experiencepreferably within a clinical or dental setting.
- Provide comprehensive training on various dental software systems, including but not limited to DPMS, DPACS, DLMS, and Orthodontic Software.
- Coordinate with management and project teams to develop and implement training plans.
- Ensure all training sessions are well-documented and outcomes are recorded for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate in the preparation of technical specifications and requirements for RFQs or tenders.
- Participate in pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Provide ongoing support and follow-up with end-users to address any software-related queries or needs and assist in troubleshooting software issues and liaise with IT teams when necessary.
- Basic knowledge of networking and IT infrastructure to support dental software integration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present.
- is able to travel to various site locations as required, with durations varying from 1 to 3 weeks depending on project scope.
