• Develop, implement, and oversee sustainability policies, procedures, and frameworks in alignment with international best practices and local regulations.
• Conduct sustainability assessments and audits across project portfolios, including energy, water, waste, and carbon footprint analyses.
• Collaborate with design, construction, and operations teams to embed sustainable solutions, materials, and technologies throughout project lifecycles.
• Lead efforts to achieve green building certifications such as LEED, BREEAM, or Estidama.
• Monitor and report on sustainability performance, preparing detailed reports for clients and regulatory bodies.
• Engage with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and local authorities, to promote sustainable practices.
• Stay updated with emerging sustainability trends, regulations, and technologies relevant to the region.
• Support training and awareness programs to enhance sustainability knowledge across project teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, Engineering, Sustainability, or related field is required; Master’s degree is preferred.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in sustainability within infrastructure, construction, or urban development projects.
• Proven expertise in green building standards and sustainability assessment tools.
• Strong knowledge of local environmental regulations and sustainability frameworks in the Middle East.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and influence project decision-making.
