About the Role:
Modern Mills is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Trainee to join our team under the Tamheer Program. This opportunity is ideal for a recent graduate passionate about Talent Acquisition, HR Projects, and organizational excellence. The selected trainee will gain hands-on experience in core HR functions while contributing to ongoing initiatives at our Jeddah headquarters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, scheduling interviews, communication, and onboarding.
- Support the Talent Acquisition team and collaborate with HR colleagues on HR projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
- Maintain and update HR records and databases, ensuring accuracy for reporting and analytics.
- Assist in preparing HR communications, announcements, and engagement activities.
- Demonstrate strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills in daily tasks.
- Exhibit proficiency in Microsoft applications and HR tools, ensuring smooth workflow and documentation.
- Show eagerness to learn, adaptability, and the ability to perform under pressure.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with HRIS is an advantage.
- Good English communication (written and verbal).
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Demonstrated professionalism and ethical behavior.
- Saudi national registered in the Tamheer Program.
Tamheer Program Eligibility:
To qualify for this program, candidates must:
- Be Saudi nationals registered on the HRDF / Tamheer portal.
- Hold a diploma (minimum 1 academic year / 2 semesters) or bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution (with equivalency if abroad).
- Have no prior work experience exceeding 1 year in either the public or private sector.
- Be under 30 years old.
- Not be currently employed in the public or private sector.
- Not be on HRDF’s restricted list.
- Not have previously benefited from Tamheer more than twice or for a total of 6 months.
- Not be excluded from the Tamheer Graduate Development Program.
