The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, 5–7 years of relevant experience, and strong knowledge of Saudi labor law. Proficiency in Arabic and English is essential, along with excellent communication and analytical skills. The HR Assistant Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing end-to-end HR operations, employee relations, payroll, and government relations, ensuring full compliance with local labor laws and regulatory requirements.
This role serves as a key operational partner to the Head of HCM and supports the Head of HCM across all assigned human capital initiatives, while taking ownership of HR operations, systems, and government relations. The HR Assistant Manager plays a critical role in ensuring HR operational excellence, system effectiveness, and regulatory compliance, and assists the Head of HCM in executing strategic and operational HR priorities as required.
