The HR Associate Partner serves as a strategic business partner providing comprehensive human resources support to assigned business units. This role collaborates with management to develop and implement HR initiatives that align with organizational goals while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.

Responsibilities
  • Business Partnership: Partner with department leaders to understand business objectives and provide HR solutions; serve as the primary HR point of contact for assigned business units; coach managers on employee relations, performance management, and HR policies; facilitate organizational change management initiatives.
  • Employee Relations: Handle employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances; conduct workplace investigations when necessary; provide guidance on disciplinary actions and performance improvement plans; maintain confidentiality and document all employee relations matters.
  • Talent Management: Support recruitment and selection processes; assist in developing succession plans and career development programs; guide managers in performance review processes; identify training and development needs.
  • Policy & Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations; interpret and communicate HR policies and procedures; maintain accurate employee records and documentation; stay current with HR trends and best practices.
  • HR Programs: Implement and monitor HR programs and initiatives; support compensation and benefits administration; assist with workforce planning and organizational development; contribute to HR metrics and reporting.

  1. Attendance Management: Conduct systematic attendance audits; perform attendance verification and compliance checks; review and validate attendance discrepancies.
