The Senior HR Operations Manager leads the implementation of HR strategies, coordinates recruitment, and develops robust systems, policies, and practices on people management. This role develops, manages, and coordinates the overall functioning of administrative support systems for the Business Unit as well as service providers, including office management, facilities management, policy development and maintenance, travel, and staff management.

Minimum 8 years of experience, including 5 years in a supervisory role, with 2 years GCC experience preferred.
Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
