A leading hospitality firm in Riyadh is looking for a creative HR Associate to enhance HR processes and employee experience. This role involves supporting HR operations, recruitment, and compliance while maintaining professionalism and structure. Ideal candidates will hold a Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field and possess 1–2 years of HR experience. Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is necessary. The position is full-time and requires office presence in Riyadh.
We are looking for an HR Associate who is not only operationally strong, but also creative in approach, resilient under pressure, and genuinely supportive of both employees and the organization.
The ideal candidate is someone who can think proactively, contribute ideas to improve HR processes and employee experience, and remain composed and reliable in fast-paced or high-demand situations. This role requires balancing empathy and professionalism—supporting employees effectively while upholding company policies, standards, and business needs.
