The production engineer is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the lines, ensuring efficient production,

quality products, and a safe working environment. This role leads a team of operators, design, implement, and optimize

production processes and equipment to ensure efficient and safe manufacturing of beverages.

1. Analyze and improve production processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
2. Implement corrective actions to address production issues.
3. Lead and develop a team of operators and maintenance personnel.
4. Provide training, coaching, and feedback to ensure skill development.
5. Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork.
6. Generate duty roster for operators.
7. Control overtime.
8. Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
9. Conduct regular quality checks and implement corrective actions.
10. Collaborate with Quality Assurance team to address quality issues.
11. Ensure a safe working environment and compliance with safety regulations.
12. Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective actions.
13. Collaborate with Safety team to address safety concerns.
14. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes.
15. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement initiatives.
16. Work in a fast-paced production environment.
17. May require overtime or flexible scheduling to meet production demands.
18. Undertake any other functions are assigned by the immediate supervisor.
