We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Engineer to join our team. This role is responsible for managing, securing, and optimizing IT infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring system reliability, cybersecurity, and seamless day-to-day IT operations while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

• Manage and maintain on-premises and cloud IT infrastructure to ensure high availability, performance, and security.
• Administer servers, networks, identity services, and core business systems.
• Monitor systems and networks, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and act as an escalation point for the Helpdesk team.
• Implement cybersecurity controls including patching, endpoint protection, access management, and monitoring.
• Manage backups, disaster recovery processes, and business continuity readiness.
• Support modern workplace platforms (Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace), device management, and user access controls.
• Execute IT projects such as system upgrades, migrations, deployments, and security enhancements.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers and support IT asset lifecycle management.
• Ensure compliance with internal IT policies, security standards, and audit requirements.

• Minimum 6+ years of experience in system and network administration roles.
• Hands-on experience managing enterprise IT environments and security operations.
• Experience supporting audits, compliance, and IT governance is an advantage.
