We are looking for a skilled IT Support Engineer to join the Apple Developer Academy team. In this role, you will provide technical support for the Academy’s networks, servers, and end-users, ensuring smooth operation and security. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining hardware and software systems, and resolving any technical issues to create an optimal learning environment.

• Provide technical support for network and server infrastructure, ensuring seamless operation.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by staff and students.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and system access.
• Ensure the security and performance of systems by applying updates and patches.
• Monitor network performance and address any vulnerabilities or weaknesses.
• Support third-party applications and ensure they work efficiently within the network.
• Document issues, resolutions, and procedures for future reference.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain an efficient and secure IT environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in IT support or system administration.
• Strong knowledge of network security, hardware, and software management.
• Experience in troubleshooting technical issues and providing user support.
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools and system performance optimization.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently.

• Experience with third‑party application support and cloud technologies.
• Knowledge of Apple’s ecosystem and tools relevant to the Academy environment.
