Help AG is looking for a skilled and experienced IT Engineer who is responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing IT infrastructure solutions across multiple sites. This role focuses on high‑level architecture, server deployment, virtualization, and ensuring compliance with organizational and security standards. The Engineer will collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and secure environments.

• Develop high‑level solution designs and architecture diagrams (e.g., using Microsoft Visio) for each site.

• Prepare, configure, and deploy physical servers, including hardware installation, RAID setup, and OS deployment across all project sites.

• Implement virtualization solutions on each server, deploying and configuring two virtual machines per site.

• Install and configure security agents for up to 20 IP‑based log sources per site, ensuring seamless integration.

• Execute test plans, validate functional performance, and ensure all deployed solutions meet defined performance and security standards.

• Ensure compliance with organizational, cybersecurity, and regulatory requirements across all deployments.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems engineering, or related roles.

• Strong knowledge of server hardware, operating systems, and virtualization (VMware/Hyper‑V).

• Experience with energy sector (e.g., Saudi Electricity Company) IT/OT environments is highly preferred.

• Experience with network and security agent configuration.

• Proficiency with Visio or equivalent design tools.
