A leading engineering firm is seeking an Electrical Engineer to support the Senior MEP Engineer in maintaining medium and low-voltage power distribution systems. Responsibilities include supervising maintenance activities and ensuring compliance with safety protocols and technical standards. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, along with 4–6 years of relevant experience in electrical system design and maintenance. This position offers the opportunity to work on critical infrastructure projects in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia.
The Electrical Engineer supports the Senior MEP Engineer in managing the maintenance and performance of all medium and low-voltage power distribution systems within the Primary Nursery Facility at NEOM. This includes electrical substations, switchgear, distribution boards, emergency generators, UPS, lighting, and general power infrastructure. The role is responsible for supervising the execution of preventive, reactive and corrective maintenance activities carried out by the service provider, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, technical standards, and contractual KPIs. The Electrical Engineer supports maintenance planning, monitors spare parts consumption, oversees electrical testing and commissioning activities, and ensures system reliability and energy efficiency across the facility. Collaboration with other engineering disciplines, particularly the Low Current and Mechanical teams, is essential to maintaining safe and seamless MEP operations.
