A leading construction company in the Riyadh Region is looking for a Senior Planning Engineer to manage planning, scheduling, and progress control for major infrastructure projects, including roads and bridges. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and 7–12 years of relevant experience, particularly in Saudi mega-projects. Proficiency in Primavera P6 is essential, and candidates with strong analytical and communication skills will excel in this role.

We are seeking a Senior Planning Engineer to manage planning, scheduling, and progress control for major infrastructure projects including roads, bridges, utilities, and earthworks.
Skills
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and update project schedules using Primavera P6.
Develop WBS, resource-loaded schedules, and cash flow forecasts.
Monitor progress, identify delays, and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
Coordinate with construction, technical office, procurement, and subcontractors.
Conduct delay analysis and support EOT claims.
Track milestones, critical paths, and project KPIs.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
7–12 years experience in infrastructure planning (roads, bridges, utilities).
Strong proficiency in Primavera P6; MS Project and Excel preferred.
Experience in Saudi mega-projects (NEOM, MOT, RC, Aramco) is an advantage.
Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
