Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the surveying and mapping industry, with a focus on geophysical, aerial, and hydrography sectors. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the surveying and mapping industry.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  3. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  4. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients.

Client Management:

  1. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  2. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.
  3. Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and effectively.

Sales Strategy & Planning:

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  2. Monitor and analyze sales performance, and adjust strategies as needed.
  3. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.

Reporting & Documentation:

  1. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions.
  2. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  3. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  2. 3-5 years of experience in sales within the surveying and mapping industry.
  3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  4. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  6. Proficiency in Arabic and English.
  7. Valid Saudi driving license is a must.

Preferred Skills:

  1. Knowledge of geophysical, aerial, and hydrography surveying techniques.
  2. Familiarity with the latest industry technologies and trends.
  3. Experience in sales activities of survey projects and construction tenders.
  4. Experience in the Saudi market is a plus.
