Job Purpose

To identify and develop new business opportunities in the paints sector, build and maintain strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth through strategic sales planning and market expansion. Responsible for achieving business targets and coordinating with internal teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.

Main Job Responsibilities

  • Identify potential clients, projects, and market segments to grow business
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, consultants, and contractors
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats
  • collaborate with technical and marketing teams to align customer needs with product offerings
  • Conduct site visits, technical presentations, and product demonstrations
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications
  • Provide regular reports and forecasts to management

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Willingness to travel and meet clients on-site
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Excellent English language
