The ideal candidate will lead a team, develop client relationships, and implement strategies aligned with market dynamics. Strong leadership and negotiation skills are essential, along with a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and extensive experience in real estate sales.
To drive real estate sales performance by leading a team of sales professionals, developing client relationships, and executing strategic plans aligned with the Saudi market dynamics and company objectives.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field (MBA is an advantage). Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in real estate sales in Saudi Arabia, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
