Job Description

To drive real estate sales performance by leading a team of sales professionals, developing client relationships, and executing strategic plans aligned with the Saudi market dynamics and company objectives.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead and manage the real estate sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the KSA market.
  3. Identify and cultivate relationships with potential investors, clients, and corporate buyers.
  4. Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  5. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends, pricing, and demand.
  6. Monitor team performance, set KPIs, and provide regular feedback and coaching to enhance results.
  7. Work closely with the marketing team to develop campaigns, events, and lead generation activities.
  8. Ensure compliance with Saudi real estate laws and regulations, including documentation and registration processes.
  9. Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and pipeline updates to senior management.
  10. Represent the company at real estate exhibitions, networking events, and client meetings.
Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field (MBA is an advantage). Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in real estate sales in Saudi Arabia, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.

Knowledge and Skills
  • Deep knowledge of the Saudi real estate market, including off-plan and ready properties.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Valid Saudi driving license and willingness to travel locally.
