As Sales and Marketing Manager, you will be the commercial engine behind our water & wastewater solutions portfolio. This is not just a sales job—this is a mission-critical, techno-commercial leadership role that directly impacts our market presence, revenue growth, and strategic client relationships.
You will bring deep industry insight, creativity in deal structuring (Rental, EPC, BOO), and a solid grasp of desalination, STP, and industrial wastewater technologies to lead high-impact engagements across the KSA market. Additionally generate leads and close orders for services such as O&M, trading of chemicals, etc. as value-add service for customers.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive sales strategy and execution across rental, BOO, and EPC models for RO, demin, and wastewater systems.
• Acquire, engage, and close deals with major industrial and municipal clients across sectors like oil & gas, power, mining, chemicals, and utilities.
• Develop strategic partnerships and nurture CxO-level relationships to position GET Water as the go-to solution provider.
• Promote and sell Regenerated RO membranes, mobile STPs, and customized industrial water systems.
• Position Get water for O&M services for 3rd party plants
• Shape winning proposals by understanding technical and commercial client needs, tailoring solution models to fit.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and service teams to deliver seamless solutions.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer pain points to shape new product/market fit initiatives.
• Represent GET Water in industry events, conferences, and technical forums.
