POSITION SUMMARY
Managing all aspects of the online business, including strategic and tactical initiatives, to drive key account business growth, online market share, and business profitability.
- Execute performance-based digital campaign plans, considering global campaign guidelines, local marketing campaign design, and market opportunities.
- Align closely with the Online & Media Manager to ensure media investments and creatives are optimized for performance.
- Manage creative and media agencies to ensure timely delivery of quality online materials (banners, videos, ad copy) and campaigns.
- Oversee localization and production of all Nespresso digital performance content in collaboration with Marketing.
- Coordinate with Media and CRM teams to define audience segments and target lists, including prospects and club members.
- Develop strategic relationships with key customers and partners to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Achieve distribution goals, including listing new SKUs, meeting visibility targets, and fulfilling Business Development Agreement (BDA) elements.
- Ensure the listing of new SKUs and achievement of point-of-purchase (POP) objectives.
- Regularly monitor and optimize campaigns based on performance data.
- Generate reports highlighting key performance metrics.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain to identify opportunities for order and delivery efficiencies.
- Implement deployment plans for new innovations aligned with category strategy online.
- Establish governance with supply chain, sales, quality control, and compliance teams to ensure eCommerce solutions are compliant across the shopper journey.
- Maintain strict adherence to all activities, including compliance with WHO International Code of Marketing of Breast-Milk Substitutes, Nestlé Instructions, and local laws. Ensure no marketing or sales contact with pregnant women or mothers of infants regarding Infant Formula in a business capacity.
ARE YOU A FIT?
- At least 5 years of experience in Field Sales, Account Management, or Business Development.
- Proven success in roles with a focus on online sales, eCommerce, and digital marketing.
- Track record of meeting KPIs, particularly in top and bottom-line results.
- Excellent analytical skills with experience interpreting test results and drawing conclusions.
- University Degree in a related field.
