Qualifications

  • Proven success in tender management and established relationships within NUPCO and healthcare procurement bodies.
  • Strong commercial acumen and market knowledge of the Saudi healthcare and medical devices sector.

Key Accountabilities
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies that drive business expansion across Saudi Arabia.

  • Manage and strengthen strategic partnerships with NUPCO, government authorities, hospitals, and key distributors.

  • Utilize strong NUPCO network and relationships to secure tenders and product listings.

  • Oversee market research and competitor analysis to guide pricing and positioning.

  • Lead the development of marketing materials, digital campaigns, and trade show participation.

  • Monitor and evaluate sales KPIs and performance metrics across all regions.

  • Collaborate with production, logistics, and finance to ensure seamless supply and customer satisfaction.

  • Lead, coach, and develop the sales and marketing team to achieve revenue targets.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, or Relevant field (MBA preferred).

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in Sales and Marketing within the medical device industry.

  • Proven success in tender management, NUPCO operations, and established relationships within NUPCO and healthcare procurement bodies.
