In the Customer Development function, you will play a crucial role in unlocking value and fostering lasting customer relationships, driving growth, and ensuring positive experiences for clients.

• Review, own, and analyze Modern Trade channel data to drive business strategies, ensuring data hygiene and correct information flow.
• Execute and monitor activities, overseeing their implementation.
• Monitor competition activities and develop mitigation plans.
• Conduct monthly reviews with stakeholders.
• Use data-driven strategies to enhance sales and revenue.
• Develop and implement channel strategies aligned with business goals.
• Build strong relationships with partners to maximize collaboration.
• Monitor KPIs to assess strategy success.
• Ensure channel partner compliance with contracts and standards.
• Coordinate with external agencies on marketing activities.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field, with FMCG experience.
• Key account and retail experience.
• Strong analytical skills, market trend awareness, and excellent communication skills.
• Strategic thinking and comprehensive strategy development skills.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, budgeting, planning, and financial acumen.
