Overview

The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in driving Axentor's market growth. The role involves identifying new clients, managing relationships, coordinating project requirements, and ensuring smooth operational handovers between customers, the operations team, and suppliers. The ideal candidate will combine industrial market knowledge with strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities
  • Identify, approach, and onboard new clients across industrial, infrastructure, and development sectors including oil & gas, energy, and large-scale construction projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with procurement officers, plant shutdown contractors, and project coordinators.
  • Prepare and present quotations, capability decks, and rental proposals to clients.
  • Coordinate between clients and the operations/logistics teams for equipment dispatch, manpower mobilization, and project updates.
  • Track project inquiries and maintain follow-up reports through CRM or structured Excel sheets.
  • Conduct regular market research to identify new business opportunities, competitors, and pricing trends.
  • Support tender participation, registration on client vendor lists, and prequalification documentation.
  • Attend site meetings, industry events, and exhibitions to represent Axentor professionally.
  • Provide weekly progress reports and pipeline updates to management.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and repeat business through effective after-sales communication.
Qualifications and Skills
  • 2-5 years of experience in business development, industrial sales, or equipment rental services (preferably in Saudi Arabia).
  • Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Knowledge of industrial service workflows.
  • Proven ability to manage client accounts and coordinate operations.
  • Valid Saudi driving license.
