About the Role: Assist Trade Marketing Manager in managing and coordinating the National Promotion Plan, National Key Accounts Promotions, National Key Accounts Multi-Brand In-store Activation and Display, POSM Projects and Implementation, External and Internal In-store Sampling Activities, Sponsorships and Events, NPD Listings, Competitor Promotion Intelligence Reports for different Business Units throughout KSA & GULF.

Responsibilities

1. Collate product specific Promotion Plan from different business units for both KSA & GULF regions. (subject to location)
2. Achievement of a consistent high standard of communication and planning for National Key Account promotions.
3. Effective and smooth implementation of In-store branding and displays for planned National Key Account customers.
4. Develop, plan and manage the yearly POSM plan for regional sales team & different business unit teams in coordination with CPD team to support business needs.
5. Manage and develop external sampling agencies implementation competency on targeted In-store Sampling Activities.

Requirements

• University/college BA Degree in Marketing or Business-related subject.
• Fluent in English.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Advanced level of using MC Excel.
• 5+ years of Trade Marketing experience with a reputable FMCG company in the Middle East with evidence of well-developed management skills and proven track record of delivering result.
• Excellent verbal and written communication English skills.
• Must have competencies such as: Promotional Planning & Execution, Planogram Creation, Advance Excel Skills, New Product Development, POSM Management, In-store Sampling &, Display Branding Activation.
