Job summary
A leading software company is seeking an Oracle Financial Accounting Hub (FAH) Consultant with 10-12 years of experience. The role focuses on optimizing FAH for a transition to event-based accounting and involves responsibilities like requirements analysis, design, and testing. Strong expertise in Oracle EBS and banking domain is essential. This position is onsite in Riyadh, offering an opportunity to work closely with finance and IT stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 10–12 years of experience in Oracle Financial Accounting Hub (FAH).
- Strong banking domain experience, especially financial and sub-ledger accounting.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) integration.
Responsibilities
- Perform requirements analysis, functional and technical design for Oracle FAH.
- Define and design accounting architecture for event-based accounting.
- Analyze accounting impact and ensure correct event-to-account mapping.
- Execute SIT/UAT testing and validate accounting entries.
- Conduct end-user training and change management activities.

We are seeking experienced Oracle Financial Accounting Hub (FAH) Consultants with strong Oracle E‑Business Suite (EBS) and banking domain experience. The role focuses on implementing and optimizing FAH to transition the client from pass‑through accounting to event‑based accounting.
- Perform requirements analysis, functional and technical design, implementation, and quality assurance for Oracle FAH integrated with Oracle EBS.
- Define and design accounting architecture to move from standard/pass‑through accounting to event‑based accounting.
- Analyze accounting impact and ensure correct event‑to‑account mapping.
- Review and validate solutions developed by other teams for accuracy, compliance, and best practices.
- Design workaround solutions for source systems that do not support event‑based accounting.
- Execute SIT/UAT testing, reconciliation, and validation of accounting entries.
- Work closely with finance, IT, and business stakeholders.
- Conduct end‑user training, documentation, and change management activities.
- 10–12 years of experience in Oracle Financial Accounting Hub (FAH).
- Strong banking domain experience, especially financial and sub‑ledger accounting.
- Hands‑on experience with Oracle E‑Business Suite (EBS) integration.
