A Leading Dairy manufacturer in the Middle East is hiring a Quality Control_Technician at their Suadi Arabia Plant with the following:

Responsibilities

• Conduct the daily Calibration of test equipment by complying with the SOP to provide accurate results 
• Perform accurate and reliable raw material packaging and finished product testing based on agreed quality sampling and testing plans and procedures to meet materials and finished goods specifications.

• Conduct and maintain good laboratory, manufacturing and hygiene practices and audits as per agreed plans, and checklists to ensure that laboratories are performing based on local and international standards on good laboratory practices.
• Participate and assist in the preparation of 3rd party safety/Quality audits, to ensure swift and safe auditing.
• Perform laboratory equipment maintenance and calibration based on equipment maintenance and calibration plans to ensure equipment results accurate and reliable.
• Conduct both physiological and chemical analysis of the Raw/Bulk/semi & final products with high accuracy and escalate the results and its deviations to the superior department.
• Communicate with another department representative i.e. production team on any detected Non-Conformities as a result of product testing to ensure that no non-conforming product will be released to market until final disposition has been made.
• Perform process checks and analysis throughout the production, packaging, sanitation and warehousing functions including pre-operational checks, sanitation verification, label checks, in-process samples testing, water activity testing, net weight checks, package integrity checks and organoleptic checks to ensure the integrity of each batch of food we produce.

• Monitor & check the HACCP critical control points to achieve the food safety standards in the daily manufacturing operation.
• Maintain, Organize and File the QC/Lab records to have good document control, traceability and Retention during the audits.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of relevant experience in the food manufacturing industry in the analysis of Dairy Products.
• Bachelor's graduate in chemistry or food science.
