Master-Works is seeking an innovative and results-driven Product Manager in Data to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding the development of data‑centric products that empower our business and enhance our decision‑making capabilities. You will work closely with engineering, data science, and business teams to define product strategies and deliver valuable data solutions that meet customer needs.

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Collect and analyze business and customer requirements.
• Manage product backlog and prioritize features.
• Coordinate with development and design teams for delivery.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Monitor product performance and suggest improvements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in product management, preferably with a focus on data products.
• Strong understanding of data analytics, data visualization, and business intelligence concepts.
• Excellent project management skills and familiarity with agile methodologies.
• Proven track record of successfully launching data products.
• Strong analytical skills with the capacity to translate data insights into impactful business strategies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience with data management tools and platforms is a plus.
• Good technical knowledge in IT/software development.
• Experience with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Problem‑solving and leadership abilities.
