Job summary
A leading company in the construction industry is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to oversee large-scale projects, ensuring their timely and safe completion. The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of experience in project management, with a focus on commercial construction contracts, and must possess strong leadership and communication skills.
Qualifications
- 12-15 years of project management experience in large commercial construction projects ($50M+).
- Previous experience with OBO/Embassy and/or US Government overseas contracts.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and able to obtain a U.S. Security clearance.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage project construction activities and schedules.
- Provide technical consultation to project teams, government agencies, and clients.
- Ensure overall success, safety, and timely completion of the construction project.

Education
The Sr. Project Manager is responsible for the overall success, safety, and timely completion of a construction project. The Sr. Project Manager will plan and manage project construction activities and schedules and provide technical consultation to project teams, government agencies, and clients.
Requirements include:
- 12-15 years of project management experience on large commercial construction projects ($50M+);
- Knowledge of scheduling and organization techniques;
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills;
- Authorization to work in the United States and the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance, with willingness to work overseas;
- An Engineering Bachelor’s degree;
- Previous experience with OBO/Embassy and/or US Government overseas contracts.
KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE, AND SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and able to obtain a U.S. Security clearance (Secret Clearance required);
- Four (4) year technical or engineering degree (or equivalent advanced degree) plus extensive experience in managing construction segments;
- Advanced knowledge of the construction industry and company operations;
- Experience managing multiple large-scale, complex projects;
- Excellent organizational, leadership, communication, and analytical skills;
- Working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations.
