This position demands a strategic leader who can provide insights and strategies to ensure effective financial management while driving project success.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of cost management strategies across residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
• Oversee the preparation and evaluation of cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts to facilitate informed decision‑making.
• Conduct detailed analysis of project costs, identifying trends and areas for improvement, and implementing necessary actions.
• Collaborate closely with project managers and other stakeholders to integrate cost management processes within project lifecycles.
• Manage and mentor a dedicated team of cost professionals to promote best practices in cost management.
• Review tenders, contracts, and claims, ensuring the alignment of cost implications with contractual obligations.
