A notable recruitment firm is seeking a Human Resources & Admin Manager located in Jazan, Saudi Arabia, to lead HR and administration functions during start-up and commercial operations. This role includes setting up HR policies, recruitment, training, and overseeing administration services to meet business objectives. The HRAM will assume the leadership role in the Human Resources and Administration functions during the start-up project stage and once commercial business operations commence, for the Business Unit in Jazan. The incumbent will set-up and manage the sub-functions such as recruitment, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations and administration to meet Business Units requirements.
