Job Description
Job Purpose
The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding top talent for various roles across the organization. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in helping us build high-performing teams and driving our growth.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring for various positions across different departments.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create job descriptions and specifications.
- Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals to identify candidates.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Assist in creating a positive candidate experience by providing timely and constructive feedback.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure an organized and streamlined recruitment process.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and improve recruitment processes and policies.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
Qualifications and Education Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role, with a track record of successfully filling positions.- Strong understanding of recruitment techniques, ATS, and sourcing tools.- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.- Strong decision-making skills and ability to evaluate candidates effectively.- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.- Experience in recruiting for a variety of roles (entry-level to executive-level) is preferred.
Education
Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Skills
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing platforms.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems.
