A leading compliance and risk management firm in Al Khobar is seeking an HR, Administration & Government Compliance Officer. This hybrid role focuses on ensuring compliance with Saudi employment and labor laws while managing administrative duties. The HR, Administration & Government Compliance Officer is a hybrid compliance‑focused role designed to ensure continuous compliance with Saudi employment, labor, and government requirements, effective HR and administrative coordination, and proper oversight of government portals and regulatory obligations. This role is not a high‑volume PRO position, but a compliance, coordination, and governance role aligned with CRI Group’s RHQ structure and operational scale.
