This is an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Manager to join a well established and ever-growing Contracting leader in KSA (Remote location), working as part of their dynamic commercial team.

The ideal Commercial manger will have:

• A BSc (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying OR Engineering (Essential)
• At least 7 years' of industry experience post-graduation (Essential)
• Strong experience managing the full project lifecycle with a post contract emphasis (Essential)
• At least 3 years fit-out experience (Essential)
• Be able to relocate to KSA (Remote Location)
• Longevity in previous and current roles - a minimum of 1 year in current role is required. (Essential) Candidates with extenuating circumstances and a proven track record of long tenures with previous employers will also be considered

• Manage the full project lifecycle with a post-contract emphasis.
