We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Pilates Instructor to lead both group and private sessions in a supportive, modern facility. If you are dedicated to delivering exceptional service and helping clients reach their full potential, this role provides the chance to elevate your career internationally.
- Leading 4 hours of group Reformer Pilates classes per day
- Delivering 2 hours of personal training sessions tailored to individual needs
- Allocating 2 hours daily for preparation, rest, and admin
- Providing a high‑touch, client‑focused service in a female‑only setting
- Helping foster a positive, professional, and community‑driven atmosphere
- Certified in Comprehensive Pilates with experience teaching both groups and individuals
- Fluent in English with a warm, clear, and professional communication style
- Additional qualifications in Personal Training, Yoga, Mat Pilates or Lagree are an advantage
- Positive, service‑oriented, and passionate about working in a female‑led environment
- Salary: $3,000 – $5,000 per month (tax‑free), with room for increases based on experience
- Commission: 20% on personal training sessions, with double commission for overtime
- Accommodation: Fully furnished 1‑bedroom studio apartment provided
- Transport: Monthly transportation allowance included
- Medical: Full medical insurance provided
- Flights & Visa: Annual return flight and all visa, medical, and residency costs covered
- Bonus: End‑of‑service gratuity
- Working schedule: 5 working days per week, 2 days off, 8‑hour shifts
