We are Hiring a Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational goals.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities and potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to stay ahead of the market.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and budgets.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
- Negotiate and close high-value deals while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a dynamic market environment.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
