A leading oil and gas management firm is seeking a Drilling Rig Foreman to lead and supervise field operations on critical wells across Saudi Arabia. This role requires a B.S. Degree in Engineering or a High School Diploma with significant experience in high-pressure environments. The successful candidate will ensure operational excellence and safety compliance while managing teams on-site. Candidates should be prepared for field-based positions with a rotation of 28 Days On / 28 Days Off.

We are seeking an experienced Drilling Rig Foreman (Rig-Less) / Completion Operations Foreman to supervise and lead field operations on deep, high-pressure, and critical oil & gas wells across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its territorial waters.
Supervise land and/or offshore well completion sites engaged in deep, high-pressure, sour gas, highly deviated, and high-cost wells (>$10MM).
Direct responsibility for the safe and efficient execution of drilling and workover programs on exploratory and development wells—ensuring operational excellence, safety compliance, and fiscal accountability.
